The minimum eligibility criteria is to have Mathematics as a subject in 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board. After this, the students have to qualify for common entrance exams such as JEE Main, National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA), Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam (UPSEE), or Jadavpur University Entrance Exam depending on the type of college they want. In Bachelors, the main focus is on enabling the student to develop insight about planning in general. They are introduced to past lifestyles, practices, and study pre-historic societies.
