This is a general degree course which is available in most Degree Colleges and Universities of India. The eligibility criteria is a 10+2 exam or equivalent from a recognized board. Generally, there is no entrance exam and the admission is merit-based. The eligibility criteria, therefore, varies according to the institute/ college/ university. In the case of the merit-based admission process, the cutoff is fairly high in reputed educational institutes.
The eligibility criteria is a bachelor's degree with an aggregate score of 40-50% in their Bachelor's. This course introduces the students to more intricate fields of the business environment, the legal environment, corporate tax planning, e-commerce, etc.
